Unreleased flag of March
This is another unreleased flag for the January 2024 r/vexillology flag contest that I made 6 months ago (as of I'm writing this) but decided it was way too bad or weird to post. It is a flag for the month of May. It symbolizes the Nowruz, the Persian new year in the Solar Hijri Calendar, and it is commemorated by various Persian groups, Kurds, Zoroastrians, Shia Muslims, and Bahaí'ís.
As I made this flag a relatively long time ago, I don't have almost any of the meaning and the symbolism of each element of the flag, but I guarantee it has. The only things I can remember, as I didn't post it, is that the chalice is part of one of the customs of Nowruz, and that the 6 seven-pointed stars symbolize the 7S in the Haft-sin, another custom.

I'm sorry that this flag seems a little bit pointless, it is just that I thought for some reason it wasn't good enough to be posted on the contest and as such I forgot the meaning behind each element. Luckily, another user called /u/chickabiddybex had also made a Nowruz flag and submitted it. Personally, I think they perfectly executed it with the symbolism, even though the design lacked just a little bit.
